The child dialog windows (Confirm, About, etc.) lock the browser input 
completely until resolved.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load a page which requires post information in a tab
2. Reload the page to bring up 'Confirm' dialog box
3. Try to switch to another tab

Actual Results:  
The browser cannot be closed (short of killing it), tab switched, etc. until 
the dialog box has resolved and destroyed.

Expected Results:  
A confirmation box that has to do with a specific tab, frame, or other object 
should only lock input to that object not the entire browser.  If for some 
reason a child dialog box gets loopy (waiting on a proxy or some such) the 
entire browser becomes dead weight until it finished.

IMO a duplicate of Bug 123913. Please resolve it if you agree.

Note: With FF 1.0 you will have the fix for Bug 262887 (means "When a web page
in a background tab shows a dialog, switch to that tab").
