The site (lib.homelinux.org) ask user to enter login and password and show "welcome text" in russian. Firefox does not encode russian text properly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. type URL http://lib.homelinux.org

Actual Results:  
Obtain authentification request with bad encoded russian text description

Expected Results:  
Shows russian text encoded properly.

MS IE 5.0 encode this text properly.
So one could read text in MS IE but it is annoying.
