I'm hitting this problem with Apple macOS apps such as System Preferences and Photos so I think this is a macOS bug. I'll report it and include the FB # here.

Now I'm hitting this problem on macOS 14.4.1 (23E224) with Apple apps such as System Preferences and Apple Photos indicating it is likely to be a macOS bug. I'll report it and include the FB # here.
