The test that is likely crashing the windows10-aarch64 hardware is this file:

`testing/web-platform/meta/media-source/mediasource-changetype-play.html.ini`

The try push with the test above disabled:

Further investigation is inconclusive in that it failed to pinpoint the test file(s) that cause the failure, but points to `media-source` being the culprit.
