It looks like the [`.beet` files] are the release equivalent of the nightly [`.checksum files](https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/7556a400affa9eb99e522d2d17c40689fa23a729/taskcluster/taskgraph/manifests/firefox_nightly_checksums.yml#49-53). So those are present in both places. It looks like the generate-checksums [doesn't](https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/mozharness/scripts/release/generate-checksums.py#85-96) include `.msi` files, so the aren't included in the summary files.
