+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1542317 +++ If there are numerous items that would create multiple rows, they are now all on one row with a long scrollbar, don't wrap, and the height cannot be sized with the splitter. This was broken before in bug 1542317 and is not broken again. I've just noticed it in TB 68 beta.
