Tags and `mailnews.headers.showUserAgent` which I have set to `true` for seeing what a user has used to post to a support group.

No longer seeing the UA in 96.0b1, or 97.0a1.

Now seeing tags and the UA after resetting toolbars and controls when using Troubleshoot Mode.
