Ireland MAU is currently at 985690 according to the telemetry numbers. 
I've added a snapshot of a Leanplum(marketing tool) dashboard showing a MAU of ~140k.
With a total population of ~5M, that would give us a MAU country share of 20%.  There is a noticeable jump that occurs in both telemetry and Leanplum data set around Christmas time of 2018.
