Currently BMO’s supported browsers are mentioned in [this wiki page](https://wiki.mozilla.org/BMO#Browser_Support_For_BMO). We need to move/copy this to the [regular users guide](https://bmo.readthedocs.io/en/latest/using/index.html) for upstream users. Side note: as Bugzilla is becoming a PWA, we might have to move Firefox ESR to Tier 2 if ESR 68 disables service workers again.
