Currently BMO’s supported browsers are mentioned in this wiki page. We need to move/copy this to the regular users guide for upstream users.

Side note: as Bugzilla is becoming a PWA, we might have to move Firefox ESR to Tier 2 if ESR 68 disables service workers again.

The description of this bug specifically mentions a task that needs to be done upstream and not in BMO, so I'm assuming this was misfiled.
