**Affected versions**
* Firefox 70.a01

**Affected platforms**
* Windows 10 x64
* Ubuntu 18.04 x64
* macOS 10.13

**Prerequisite:**
*Dark Theme is enabled.

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open any site with a new profile or click on the shield icon from URL bar and then on the "i" symbol. 
2. Observe the "Browse without being followed" panel. 

**Expected result**
* If the colors from the panel header are changed for Dark Theme, I think that the colors from the "Browse without being followed" panel should match. 
 
**Actual result**
* The colors from the "Browse without being followed" panel are darker ( they match the ones from the panel header in Light or Default theme). 

**Regression range**
* I don't think this is a regression.
