I have ran mozregression app's terminal command "mozregression --launch 68", mozregression gives me the Nightly build v 69.0a1 from 2019-05-20 and the issue does NOT reproduce so I found release 68 as an unaffected build for bisection setup. Then I have ran "mozregression --launch 70", which gives me the Nightly build v70.0a1 from 2019-09-01 and the issue reproduces. Next step would be to attempt bisection with command "mozregresison --good 68 --bag 70"
