Steps to reproduce:

1. open firefox on macOS
2. click top-left green button to request system fullscreen
3. install this web extension https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/weibo-picture-store/?src=search
4. click this extension icon to show popup page

Actual results:

popup page show white

Expected results:

popup page show actual content

It works fine on firefox 69.x.

I have confirmed this issue on MacOS 10.14.6. It occurs on the 3 main versions but not on ESR68. Furthermore, it does not occur on Windows 10.

I have regressed this issue on Mac OS 10.15 and these are my results:

Daniel, would you mind re-running that regression range,. the one bug in that list could not have triggered this bug.

Attachment: logs of the bisection and the pushlog link

I have ran mozregression app's terminal command "mozregression --launch 68", mozregression gives me the Nightly build v 69.0a1 from 2019-05-20 and the issue does NOT reproduce so I found release 68 as an unaffected build for bisection setup.
Then I have ran "mozregression --launch 70", which gives me the Nightly build v70.0a1 from 2019-09-01 and the issue reproduces.

Next step would be to attempt bisection with command "mozregression --good 68 --bad 70". Results in the attachment.
