We've started seeing Firefox-CI taskcluster reports such as: ``` Submitting the task to Taskcluster failed. Details The specified entity already exists. RequestId:20ed73ad-9002-0010-6663-a40f34000000 Time:2019-11-26T14:11:31.4677513Z ``` in the past few days, at least two occurrences in Android-compontents repository. One example is [here](https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/android-components/pull/5160) Rerunning eventually makes this work but I wonder if there's anything non-intermittent under the hood happening.
