We've started seeing Firefox-CI taskcluster reports such as:
Submitting the task to Taskcluster failed. Details
The specified entity already exists.

in the past few days, at least two occurrences in Android-compontents repository. Examples include here and here
Rerunning eventually makes this work but I wonder if there's anything non-intermittent under the hood happening.

The same thing would happen in hooks when the queue.createTask call failed and hooks retried to create the same task on a subsequent run of the scheduler. In that case it had to do with retrying adding an entry to a table that it had already added on the first try. Maybe something similar here?
