Revisiting this bug to prioritize adding a detailed schema for AboutWelcome in [the Messaging Experiments schema](https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/components/asrouter/content-src/schemas/MessagingExperiment.schema.json). This should include details for the `content` attribute including schemas for various "content tiles". We may also want to add a note [in the Spotlight schema](https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/components/asrouter/content-src/schemas/MessagingExperiment.schema.json#969-972) under "screens" explaining that about:welcome screen attributes (including content tiles) can be used in this context thanks to our [Unified Onboarding Approach](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1o8W-gEkgw2GC7KFSfQRkKfWzNJg1-6fpkVPrYmmot4Y/edit).

This patch can also include adding a reference to the schema in the About Welcome doc in Firefox Source Docs (see bug 1927514).
