This bug isn't super useful at this point since it's tracking a pile of test failures that started on a particular day 5 years back from a single wpt.fyi merge. There were some scrollend tests that were included in that, which have been passing for a long time but started failing on wpt.fyi relatively recently (started failing in January of this year, long after this bug was filed); and hiro diagnosed that and fixed it in bug 1955130. (There was some action-at-a-distance from an earlier test that was misbehaving.)
