**Steps to reproduce**
1. Launch Firefox access any page with scrollable content;
2. CTRL+P to open print preview, expand the More Settings section;
3. Click between Portrait/Landscape options;

**Expected result** 
*  value instead of refreshing the whole string;

**Actual result**
* value is updated but whole string flickers to update;

**Regression range**
* last good: 2020-08-31;
* first bad: 2020-09-01;
