Affected platforms

• macOS 10.15, Windows 10, Ubuntu 20;

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox access any page with scrollable content;
2. CTRL+P to open print preview, expand the More Settings section;
3. Click between Portrait/Landscape options;

Expected result

• value instead of refreshing the whole string;

Actual result

• value is updated but whole string flickers to update;

Regression range

• last good: 2020-08-31;
• first bad: 2020-09-01;
• pushlog URL;
• potential regressor: bug 1662145;

Additional notes

• S4 as suggested severity;
• issue appears to be reproducible with actions that change the [to print pages] number;
• attached recording to illustrate the issue.

From the pushlog it looked the "best fit".
