They are very similar [Bug 1674372](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1674372) only happens with private sessions this one happens in normal sessions. but it could be it's the same issue underneath, but if you think they are the same feel free to close it, be ware that this new instances make the issue more prone to happen more often.
