Reproducible: yes Steps to reproduce: 1. Start nightly91.0a1 with new profile 2. Restart several times until 'default browser' dialog popups 3. Restart again 4. Right-click on the address bar immediately after the browser UI has loaded Actual Results: Then the "Default Browser" dialog will appear under the contextual menu. And mouse hover over context menu item does not response. I must close the context menu. Expected Results: "Default Browser" dialog should NOT appear until the user selects a context menu item.
