Reproducible: yes
Steps to reproduce:
- Start nightly91.0a1 with new profile
- Restart several times until 'default browser' dialog popups
- Restart again
- Right-click on the address bar immediately after the browser UI has loaded
Actual Results:
Then the "Default Browser" dialog will appear under the contextual menu.
And mouse hover over context menu item does not response.
I must close the context menu.
Expected Results:
"Default Browser" dialog should NOT appear until the user selects a context menu item.
OR
The context menu will close when popup the Default Browser" dialog like Firefox 88.

Paul, this happens for all kinds of modals, not just the default browser prompt. Other menu-like things like the hamburger menu also stay open. ISTR we were tracking this already but I can't find it... do you know where?

I remember we had a similar issue, but I can't find it right now, sorry! I also don't see regressions listed in the gDialogBox bug.
