To test:

prerequisite: Be logged into Pocket.

Ensure bug is fixed:
1. Click the save to pocket button on the toolbar.
2. Hit Cmd-L (or ctrl-L) to focus the url field
3. enter a new url and press enter.
expected: the pocket dialog to go away

Ensure tab specific on Pocket panel didn't regress:
1. Open two different tabs
2. Click the Pocket button in one of the tabs.
3. Hit ctrl+tab
Expected: should have switched to the next tab, and closed the Pocket panel.

Ensure tab specific on another panel didn't regress:
1. Open two different tabs
2. Click the Bookmarks button in one of the tabs.
3. Click it again and keep it open.
4. Hit ctrl+tab
Expected: should have switched to the next tab, and closed the Bookmarks panel.
