Note for QA: the current patch attached to this bug will not fix the missing yellow highlight on card type nor will if fix the dropdown select elements not resetting on "clear form". These two issues will be addressed in bug 1740693 so I think we'll need a follow up bug with those two issues for otto.de after the current patch lands.
