In Thunderbird 95.0b4 (64-bit) and possibly few earlier version, I have noticed that sometime to time, drag and dropping collapsed email thread from Message List view to a Folder do no always get transferred entirely: only one email instead of the entire thread. It seems to mainly starts to happen when Keep Filter and Quick Filter are applied and navigating between folder... but not always... haven't found a way to reproduce at will, it just keep happening randomly sometime to time...
