### Beta/Release Uplift Approval Request
* **User impact if declined**: After scanning the promo QR code, useres outside of Germany will be directed to Firefox Klar instead of Firefox Focus.

* **If yes, steps to reproduce**: [Prerequisites]:

    Have a new Firefox profile with the "browser.search.region" pref set to "US" in the "about:config" page.
    Have a device with a QR code scanner app installed.

[Steps to reproduce]:

    Open the browser using the profile from the prerequisites.
    Open a new "Private Window" (Ctrl+Shift+P).
    Click the "Download Firefox Focus" button.
    Scan the modal's QR code and observe the behavior.

[Expected result]:

    You are redirected to the "Firefox Focus" app. The modal's QR code redirects to the "https://mzl.la/3Mgkcda" URL.
