[Prerequisites]:

• Have a Firefox en-US locale build installed.
• Have a new Firefox profile with the "browser.search.region" pref set to "US" in the "about:config" page.
• Have a device with a QR code scanner app installed.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser using the profile from the prerequisites.
2. Open a new "Private Window" (Ctrl+Shift+P).
3. Click the "Download Firefox Focus" button.
4. Scan the modal's QR code and observe the behavior.

[Expected result]:

• You are redirected to the "Firefox Focus" app.

[Actual result]:

• You are redirected to the "Firefox Klar" app instead.

[Notes]:

• The modal's QR code redirects to the "https://mzl.la/3racU17" URL.

Debugging and it seems both QRCode images 'chrome://browser/content/assets/focus-qr-code.svg' and 'chrome://browser/content/assets/klar-qr-code.svg' are pointing to short URL https://mzl.la/3racU17 which is pointing to Firefox Klar

Images should be fixed to use URLs provided in requirements on https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/FPS/%5BCross+Promotion%5D+Firefox+Focus+on+PBM+-+Fx100

I have verified that this issue is no longer reproducible with the latest Firefox Nightly en-US locale build (101.0a1 Build ID - 20220414214512) installed on Windows 10 x64, macOS 11.6.4, and Linux Mint 20.2 x64. Now I can confirm that for the regions outside "DE" the QR code redirects to the "https://mzl.la/3Mgkcda" URL that opens the "Firefox Focus" app.

I‘ve verified this issue using Firefox Beta 100.0b7 (Build ID: 20220417185951) on Windows 10 x64, macOS 11.6, and Ubuntu 20.04.

• The QR code redirects to the "https://app.adjust.com/x134w01?adgroup=pb&creative=focus-omc172-qrcode&fallback=https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/browsers/mobile/focus/%3Fv%3Dpb" URL that opens the "Firefox Focus" app in App store when regions outside "DE" are used.
