For some TLS certificates, the Certificate Policies OID is not displayed in the certificate viewer. This might happen because the root is not yet trusted, although I'm not sure what causes this faulty behavior. In other words, the policy OIDs should be displayed by the viewer even if the certificate is not yet trusted by Firefox. The policy OIDs are displayed for working certificates, as far as I can tell.

For some end entity and intermediate CA certificates, the Certificate Policies OID is not displayed in the certificate viewer. The policy OIDs should be displayed by the viewer. For instance, the "anyPolicy" OID is not displayed even when it is contained in an intermediate CA certificate.
