I can repro on my ThinkPad running Ubuntu 22.04.
about:support says:

I can confirm this regression range, too.  `mozregression --launch 2022-05-20` is "good", vs. 2022-05-21 is "bad".

(I was curious & wanted to double-check, since some other bugs that had been flagged as bug 1770088's regressions were in fact more-recent regressions, e.g. bug 1774271. But in the case of this one here, I can confirm that bug 1770088 does seem to be what mozregression points to.)
