**Steps to reproduce**
1. Launch Firefox and set pdfjs.annotationEditorMode = 0
2. Access any pdf form, ex: link
3. Toggle on Add Ink Annotation button or Add Free Text Annotation button and draw a few things or write a few separate texts on pdf with.
4. Select the all elements with Select all from context menu.
5. Cut with Ctrl+X or "Cut" from context menu.
6. Paste with Ctrl+V or "Paste" from context menu.

**Expected result**
* At step 5 all selected elements is cut. At step 6 all selected elements are pasted.

**Actual result**
* At step 5 is cut  only one element. At step 6 is pasted only one element.

**Regression range**
* I will come back with regression range ASAP.

**Additional notes**
* The same issue is for drawing and text too.
