Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox and set pdfjs.annotationEditorMode = 0
- Access any pdf form, ex: link
- Toggle on Add Ink Annotation button or Add Free Text Annotation button and draw a few things or write a few separate texts on pdf.
- Select the all elements with Select all from context menu.
- Cut with Ctrl+X or "Cut" from context menu.
- Paste with Ctrl+V or "Paste" from context menu.
Expected result
- At step 5 all selected elements is cut. At step 6 all selected elements are pasted.
Actual result
- At step 5 is cut only one element. At step 6 is pasted only one element.
Regression range
- I will come back with regression range ASAP.
Additional notes
- The same issue is for drawing and text too.

The issue is also reproduced with combined selection (text and drawing area) the paste action never activated, so the cut or copy action does not complete.

I can confirm this issue is fixed, I verified using Firefox 105.0a1 and Firefox 104.0b2 on Win 10x64, Ubuntu 22 x64 and macOS 12. I verified using the following steps: CTRL+A, CTRL+C then CTRL+V.
