Thanks Anje. Imo, this proposal looks like a simple and discoverable solution to solve several access and UX gaps.
- Moving contacts from one address book to another is currently not keyboard accessible in any way.
- Bug 1756622 - Adding multiple selected contacts from address book to an existing mailing list is not keyboard-accessible (only available for mouse users via drag and drop).
- Adding single contact to existing mailing list is accessible, but inconvenient - cannot start from the contact, need to start by editing list.

Anje, could you give some more structure to your comment 0 by making the `STR - Actual result - Expected result` scheme explicit? Also bullets and numbering may help for better overview.
