**Steps to reproduce**
1. Launch Firefox and set pdfjs.annotationEditorMode = 0
2. Access any pdf form, ex: [link](https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040.pdf)
3. Toggle on Add FreeText Annotation button and write a text on pdf.
4. Save the pdf document and open the saved pdf.
5. Try to search for a string previously entered.

**Expected result**
* FreeText Annotation contents is searchable.

**Actual result**
* FreeText Annotation contents isn't searchable.

**Regression range**
* This is not a regression.
