**Environment:**
Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 105.0a1 (2022-08-02) (64-bit)

**Preconditions:**
Private window open

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to https://corporate.target.com/article/2022/05/target-scholars
2. Click on any of the social media buttons
3. Observe the result

**Expected Behavior:**
The user is redirected to that specific social media website in order to share the article.

**Actual Behavior:**
The article opens in a new tab.

**Notes:**
1. Video provided
2. Reproducible in private window regardless of the ETP status
3. Reproducible in normal window with ETP set to Strict
