**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open Firefox.
2. Go to about:addons -> themes -> enable **Dark** theme.
3. Press (Fn)+F12 to open DevTools panel.
4. Click on *Console* in the DevTools (or any of the ones that have a settings cogwheel).
4. Click on the settings cogwheel in the upper right corner of the DevTools panel.
5. Hover over any of the items from the list to get a description of them.

**Expected result**
*  The description is visible and in dark-theme mode accordingly.

**Actual result**
*  The description has white text on a light gray background and it is hard to read.
