ICS files are just specially formatted text files, there's plenty of resources on how to convert them to CSV via Google, for example https://www.indigoblue.eu/ics2csv/

I don't know LibreOffice specifically but It's also likely possible to get a rough import via just treating the ICS file as a delimited file similarly to how [this tutorial suggests for Excel](https://www.timetackle.com/convert-ics-to-csv/).

We're not planning to add CSV export at this time.
