User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/108.0.0.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

After updating to 109.0b2 (64-bit), I opened an email.

Actual results:

The scroll wheel on the mouse would not scroll the message. Neither would the scroll wheel scroll the message list.

Expected results:

Both the message and message list should have scrolled with the scroll wheel.

This was reported in the previous beta version 109.0b1 (64-bit) and was not reproduced by Mozilla. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1806014
I rolled back to 108.0b3 (64-bit) and waited for the next beta version to try again. The problem still exists. With 109.0b2 (64-bit) I reproduced the same problem on two other Windows machines.

I don't know what to do now. Mozilla cannot duplicate the problem, but I duplicate on multiple machines. I need to resolve this so I can keep TB current. Even if I quit the beta program the release version will eventually have this issue.
