We got multiple reports of this issue on Reddit and Connect, and I can intermittently reproduce with the overflow menu on the toolbar. What I do: 1. Ensure there's many bookmarks overflowing in the toolbar 2. open the overflow menu and scroll down a bit 3. click on a bookmark 4. repeat 2 and 3 until the position resets at a certain point on reopening the menu
