When watching Youtube live streams, I would like unavailable playback controls to be removed from my view or disabled, since they clutter my watching experience. 

**Acceptance criteria*
1. Playhead scrubber is not visible on the live-stream videos.
2. Rewind buttons are disabled on live-stream videos.

Is there a way for us to determine that video is a live stream, or can we only rely on the very long duration as a proxy?

**Acceptance criteria**
1. Playhead scrubber is visible and fully filled in on live-stream videos if the user is following the stream and has not rewound it back.
2. Rewind back buttons is enabled and allows users to rewind the live stream just as with regular videos. 
3. Rewind forward button is enabled if the user has rewound back from the "live" timestamp (represented by the fully filled in scrubber".

Duration
1. For live streams with a final duration, e.g., https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mWQL8UwUD2o
- Duration displayed as in regular videos
