User story

When watching Youtube live streams, I would like PiP controls to remain reasonably consistent with Youtube video controls.

Acceptance criteria

1. Playhead scrubber is unavailable in PiP for live streams.
2. Rewind buttons are unavailable in PiP., but keyboard shortcuts are still available.
3. Duration is unavailable in PiP.

I can confirm that the after this fix, the progress bar, timelapse and seek buttons are no longer displayed in the PiP when watching Youtube live videos. This has been verified in Windows 10, MacOS 11 and Ubuntu 22.
