1. Reach the payment form on www.llbean.ca
2. Fill in manually new CC info and submit the form

**Expected result**
1. Since the Card Name field does not exist, the CC Name place in the CC save doorhanger should be empty.

**Actual result**
1. "undefined" is displayed in the CC save doorhanger in the Card Name place.

**Regression range**
* Not a recent regression.

**Additional notes**
* Chrome does not display the CC Name by default.
