Thanks Sandro for providing the testcase and detailed annotated screenshots describing the problem.
Confirming exactly as described for TB 102.7.1 (64-bit), Win10 - one message ("Deine Bestellbestätigung von Horze") clearly having "ZlideOn" in an HTML <p> was not found by Global Search on the original folder provided by reporter, but found by Advanced Search (Body).
STR:
1. Extract reporter's `ZlideOn` folder (not the .msf) from attachment 9315194 [details], and put into your profile folder under `Mail/Local folders`.
2. Restart TB
3. Force Gloda indexing of the folder (strangely won't happen automatically even after several minutes of idle time)
- Right-click on Local Folders > ZlideOn folder, then `Properties`, then **uncheck** `Include folder in global search results`, click OK.
- Right-click on Local Folders > ZlideOn folder, then `Properties`, then **re-check** `Include folder in global search results`, click OK.
4. Global search (Ctrl+K) for "ZLideOn" (note results count n of n) > Show results as list (recount manually)
5. In Global search results (as list), look for message with subject "Deine Bestellbestätigung von Horze" (you could actually filter for "Horze")
6. For comparison, do Advanced Search: Edit > Find > Search messages (Ctrl+Shift+F), `Body` contains `ZlideOn`, check matches found count.
Actual result
- Global search results (faceted, or as list) did not find a matching message with subject "Deine Bestellbestätigung von Horze", although it clearly has "ZlideOn" as text in the HTML content.
- Advanced Search *did* find the same message on a Body search.
Expected result
- Global search should find all matching messages, including the message with subject "Deine Bestellbestätigung von Horze" (having the search word in the HTML text).
