I'm not seeing any downside to shipping the GV nightlies twice a day. The builds are already there anyway and we already ship Desktop nightlies at 10:00 & 22:00 UTC.

I'm not seeing any downside to shipping the GV nightlies to Maven twice a day. The builds are already there anyway and we already ship Desktop nightlies at 10:00 & 22:00 UTC.
