The current cron.yml runs at 14:30 UTC and 19:00 UTC.

With the new monorepo, this means that Focus & Fenix also get built at that time. Previously, this was to give enough time for AC to be updated in Focus/Fenix repos before the crons kicked off in those repos. With the new monorepo, that is no longer necessary. It would be better to trigger this at a later time to allow for more changes. (For example 4:00/16:00 UTC)

Secondly, can we also bump the ship-geckoview nightly cron to 2x a day. It currently runs once at 10:00 UTC and running it twice would ensure these changes make it to mobile builds sooner.

I'm not seeing any downside to shipping the GV nightlies to Maven twice a day. The builds are already there anyway and we already ship Desktop nightlies at 10:00 & 22:00 UTC.
