**Steps to reproduce**
1. Play a video and launch PiP.
2. Lower the volume of the video using the down-arrow key all the way to 0% (mute).

**Expected result**
* When the volume gets to 0% the muted speaker icon is shown in the PiP player.

**Actual result**
* When the volume gets to 0% the muted speaker icon is **not** shown in the PiP player.
