(I also tried to repro on `ebay.de` -- I can log in & view my same order there, and click through to the same "printer friendly page" UI that I mentioned in comment 6. Again, I didn't get any PDF or blank content. So: at this point I'm unable to get to the sort of content that the the reporter was describing as problematic. I wonder if maybe the purchase flow is different for purchases-that-are-completed-in-Germany, such that a PDF gets generated/offered. tlouw, do you by any chance have any historical orders of your own on https://ebay.de, and if so, do they show a PDF invoice available that you could test this with?
