User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/111.0 Steps to reproduce: 1.) Hover over a UI element in Thunderbird like a button to cause a tooltip to appear. 2.) Alt-tab to another application or switch workspaces via a keyboard shortcut. Actual results: Thunderbird's tooltip remains on screen. Expected results: Thunderbird's tooltip should disappear. The toolip can be manually dismissed by moving the mouse cursor over it, at least, even if the window directly below is a non-Thunderbird application, but it still shouldn't appear. Tested on Thunderbird 102.9.0 with a new profile on Kubuntu 22.04 (KDE Plasma Version 5.24.7; KDE Frameworks Version 5.92.0; Qt Version 5.15.3) using X11. This did not occur in the previous version. (Probably unrelated, but oddly Firefox's newest version, 111, just fixed a very similar issue https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1569439, though in that case the tooltip couldn't be manually dismissed without re-focusing a Firefox window.)
