**Steps to reproduce**
1. Launch the respective Screen Reader for the OS in use (Win11).
2. Open the browser with a new profile.
3. Navigate to any video and press play video.
4. Navigate to the URL bar entry point using the screen reader controls.

**Expected result**
* “Open Picture-in-Picture (Ctrl+shift+])" tooltip is read correctly by the screen reader.

**Actual result**
* Last character ‘]’ is not read, all other characters are.

**Regression range**
* Is not a regression as this feature is new.

Note: Same issue for  “Close Picture-in-Picture (Ctrl+shift+])" tooltip message.
