**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open about:preferences and reduce the browser width while looking at the `Import Data button`.


**Expected result**
* A space is existing in front of the `Import Data` button and description string.

**Actual result**
* No space between the description string and the `Import Data button


**Regression range**
* Started with the implementation of the Import Browser Data section in about:preferences (bug 1820655).



**Additional notes**
* On macOS - de locale the button is displayed near the description string by default.
