Steps to reproduce

1. Open about:preferences and reduce the browser width while looking at the Import Data button.

Expected result

• A space is existing in front of the Import Data button and description string.

Actual result

• No space between the description string and the `Import Data button

Regression range

• Started with the implementation of the Import Browser Data section in about:preferences (bug 1820655).

Additional notes

• On macOS - de locale the button is displayed near the description string by default.
